Maybe its because I remember the times but I liked his Jackie Moon. I loved the bear scene and Talladega Nights was hysterical.

Talladega sucked!

This looks good though. He's good at playing the fish out of water type guy.

"Everybody panic!" Gawd that was funny! How about answering the phone in Elf - "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?" He's great!

This guy is becoming very tiresome. Time to stop the clock on his fifteen minutes of fame, imo.

What ?????????????????

Well, at least he went on a comedy show to do it. Follow "Bear's" advice and you'll find yourself not surviving for very long.

Ferrett has never been funny. He's loud, flabby, and talentless.
Oh yes, and he will never be funny.

Right.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Your attack on his body image is particularly odd. The sort of thing that usually get tossed at female media figures. Obviously, Ferrell uses his physical form to comic effect (as you are inexplicably aware). But the truth is, the appears to be in very good shape for someone of his age. And he'd have to be, to do some of the stuff he does on film...including shooting under the conditions shown in this trailer even for a short time. Even if the promise of support and shelter were out of frame and near at hand (and maybe they were) Lots of haters couldn't hack it., or wouldn't even bother to step up.

I'm a huge fan of Will. He's just a nutball.

I think when they told Will Ferrell he'd have to rough it, he thought that it meant staying at a hotel with no room service, lol. He cracks me up!

Every time I see something like this I'm reminded of the movie Network I saw when in high school. I loved it but the friend I saw it with thought that the fictional vision of the future of TV as game shows, reality shows, etc. was too unrealistic. I thought it was dramatic license and accepted the outrageous fiction. I never dreamed that the real future would be even more disgusting. Why does anyone watch this garbage?

This begs the question: Is this staged?

Which begs the answer: duh.

Well, seeing how Bear Grylls is no longer on TV in the UK because he's a fraud,I would venture to say this is probably staged.
