Throw in KO and you hit the nail on the head. Well it's at least as much their fault as O'Reilly is to blame for Tiller.

We have people doing this in the USA all the time. Most are not 'radicalized' by any outside forces. They are mentally ill.

So, this guy is being charged with terrorism. Will Scott Roeder be charged the same way? I doubt it. Black justice and white justice...same basic elements of the crimes, different conclusions by law enforcement, even though Roeder terrorized far more people (a whole churchful!) by his actions which were also based on politics.

Now there's a conclusion without any factual basis. Who pays you to post stuff like that? Whoever, you're paid too much.

The reason that they are charging him is because he boldly said the reason was because they were military. But I understand your point, Roeder in turn must be charged in the same fashion.

I have to respectfully disagree with both of you. It's unfair to blame this on Islam. This was just one guy acting on his own. On the flip side, the reasons for the terror all around us is a lot more complex than anti-islam rhetoric

I agree. Left wing and right wing terrorists deserve the same treatment.

So now that we know this guy is Muslim, does that make him a terrorist?

It's ridiculous when you think about it... We've got thousands of murders that take place every year here at home in our country. School rampages, homicides, rape... The works. All of them committed by people with all different skin colors and religions...

So now the media makes a big deal out of this because he so happens to be a Muslim? In my opinion ALL murderers are terrorists and extremists. Whether someone kills because of a crazy religious ideology or crazy personal ideology is completely irrelevant.

We've got to put this entire terrorist thing into perspective and not overreact.

I think it makes him a zealot. We could use much less of people killing innocent people.

What about the people who incite violence are they free? Like Limbaugh, O'Reiley, Hannitty, Beck - should they just be ignored or made accountable. I am in a movie theatre, I yell fire, twenty people are trampled to death, am I innocent or guilty, but I do not have the venue of a million people, am I innocent or guilty? You be the judge, the person yelling fire in a theatre will most assuridly spend jail time, yet the media will go unscathed. Fair, I think not!

Well it hinges on a proactive misconception of "Justice."

That has to change.

Justice is the truthful realization that an injustice occurred. There is no equitable currency for suffering or untruth.

He killed a member of our military on American Soil, simply because he was in the military. I think it puts him on par with a cop killer. His religion is important, because that is most likely his motive.

It was absolutely imperative that Obama project an unbiased belief in truth and justice after bush to quell this

He didnt and here we are.

Things like this always remind me of an episode of Little Mosque on the Prairie, when the Imam shook his head in consternation about an over-eager new Muslim and said something to the effect of, "there's no zealot like a convert."

I am a recent retiree of the USAF; and the running joke is "When was the last time he/she had a mental eval?" Yet, this issue is not being properly addressed. Most of the front line NCO's have no idea what to look for; because half of the time they are going through the same trauma. I fear this is just the beginning and we as a nation had better address this problem.

The liberals' and dummycrats' silence in this matter is deafening. Where's the outrage? Where's the mass postings decrying the actions of this murderer? It's a sad statement on our country and society when an abortion doctor warrants more sympathy than the young man gunned down, whose only "crime" was wearing the uniform that protects your right to spew the venom you do. We're listening... (chirp)

Does the city of Berkely bear some responsibility in this senseless attack and murder?

http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/02/07/berkeley.protests/index.html

Among the slogans used in the protest -
No Military Predators in Our Town.
Join the Marines. Travel to Exotic Lands. Meet Exciting and Unusual People -- And Kill Them.
Military recruiters lie to and seduce minors .... with false promises regarding jobs, job training, education and other benefits.
