MUNICH, GERMANY - Rabbi Josef Sitruk, head of the Conference of European Rabbis, hands over a diploma to Rabbi Avraham Radbil and Rabbi Zsolt Balla during an ordination at the 'Ohel Jakob' Synagogue. The two graduates of a new Berlin rabbinical program, had been ordained in the first ordination of homegrown Orthodox rabbis in postwar Germany.
