The streets and subways were empty this morning in Cairo, Egypt, as the Muslim world watched Obama's speech. HuffPost's Eyes and Ears reporter Mohamed Elshahed photographed Cairo's eerily empty streets, the extremely rigid security precautions and recorded reactions from local residents.
