Morgan Stanley used some of their TARP money to lease the Chicago parking meters for 75 years and once the deal was done , they quadrupled the rates and ended free Sunday and holiday meter parking. Now it turns out that the purchase price of the lease was light by almost $1 billion. Was this the proper use of taxpayer funds - to privatize public assets and raise the fees to the taxpayers for provides the bailout funds? Something seems wrong about this.

The irony is that all this was done by a Democratic mayor who claims to be a support of the President.

blah blah blah !!

As a taxpayer shouldnt you be thanking your stars that the taxpayers now dont have to fund these banks. Exiting tarp means they are paying the govt. back on what govt loaned them before.

wish could say that to these pos car companies !!
