What's Your Reaction?
Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow (with remarkably shiny, oiled-up legs) joined Conan O'Brien Thursday night, and the two bonded over their kids and did some butt exercises. (An hour later Jessica Biel was working out with Jimmy Fallon)

Both have 3-year-old sons, and Gwyneth described her son Moses as a "sensitive thug" rap lover who likes the music of "Uncle Jay," known to most people as Jay-Z. She said how the toddler loves the video for "99 Problems" (lyric: "and the bitch ain't one") and thinks "any white person is his dad" and all rock music he hears is that of dad, Coldplay singer Chris Martin.

In the second segment (legs having been wiped down and appearing less shiny) she talked about her website/newsletter GOOP.com and the exercises she has there to boost your butt, which led to a demonstration by Conan and a butt grab.

Why doesn't the guy just interview himself ??

He brings everything back to HIM.

I got 99 problems but a !@#$% ain't one was a classic but not for a young person though; it was full of profanity and other objectionable materials but what can u do about it, kids access everything from the internet.

All the beauty and acting talent in the world doesn't make up for being such a poor mother as to let your 3 year old listen to Jay-Z. Hey Gwyneth do you know what a "sensitive thug" grows up to be? That's right, the quiet guy who spends all his time in the prison library and sits alone in the corner of the prison chow hall.

Wow. you're sort of a buzzkill. I wouldn't worry. I'm sure their kid will turn out alright with the millions of dollars of education his parents can afford to invest in him. And if he doesn't, it will be because he's a "celebutot," not cause he heard some rap lyrics before he was old enough to understand or remember them.

If her kid was 13, I'd say okay let him listen to garbage like Jay Z and rap. But a three year old, he should listent to Barney or Hannah Montana, not some dirt bags selling their degenerate lifestyles to gullible rabble. She sounds lke a pretty self indulgent mother

All rap is not garbage. There is music in every genre that some people do not care for. Take your narrow mind elsewhere.

35 years of hip-hop and we're still on this. I thought we were past this. It's music whether this clown likes it or not. We all have preferences.

Luv Gwyneth Paltrow, she was incredibly supremely fabulous in "Shakespeare in Love"!

She reminds me of my sister, but with better butt cheeks!!!

"Ginger Man" suits him better than "Coco". He's fun to watch and is a great interviewer.

I believe that stuff on her legs is some of the "goop" she just won't shut up about lately.

How can someone be so terribly boring!!! And why do we keep having to hear about her?

She's gross! Her footwear is always freighting, and she walks like Frankenstein. Man-body to boot. Yuk.

So is an oily cast-off frying pan. Doesn't mean I want to know what it is doing or thinking.

I lover her...I think that part of people's frustration with her is that she comes from wealth, other than that what could you possibly hate her for being as normal as can be for Hollywood standards?

Hate? Paltrow is not worth the effort necessary to hate.

I have no use for old, stinky, oily frying pans, too. Doesn't mean I hate them. They are simply useless.

Besides, how can you hate a cartoon figure? She's two dimensional at best, and in her more vacuous moments she descendes to one dimension...simply one boing useless line.

Gwenyth? Am I supposed to recognize her from some movie or somethin'? I would guess Gary Coleman should oil up his legs, and maybe he would get some publicity.

I'm personally indifferent to Gweneth, but most women seem to hate her so I guess she's doing something right.

I loved her in "Emma". I also think she seems like a good mom. She's always holding her babies.
I held mine as long as I was physically capable. They get big fast and she seems to understand that already. Blythe is cool too! (that's her mom)

I think that it is her arrogant attitude and her sarcasm that bothers people so much.......she goes on shows and talks about her very posh lifestyle, the celebrities (stars, musicians, politicians, royalty) and it just does'nt sit well.............me? I am a female and I see how she looks good in her extraordinarily expensive clothing, but I just can't see the beauty........she works out well, though

jealousy.........I guess I have to admit........when someone has it all and does not show gratitude or humility but rather arrogance, I get bugged

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 04:53 PM on 06/08/2009

I don't see the arrogance. You just let your jealousy take over.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 10:15 PM on 06/09/2009

I dunno. All big celebrities like lavish lifestyles. I think it's actually more patronizing to try and pretend that you're just a regular gal. Why not talk about your trainer and nanny and "uncle jay-z"?
