Ironic isn't it that conservatives are so easily disgusted, yet after the last 8 years of Bush, there's so much to be disgusted about. Too bad they couldn't have been disgusted earlier.
That is because conservatives have such dirty, disloyal, greedy minds themselves. They project those traits onto everyone else.
Now as soon as they can start to get disgusted by their own behavior, rather than by other people's behavior there might be progress
I am thoroughly disgusted with so called "conservatives" and being a Liberal means that it takes a LOT to be disgusted. That should give you some idea just how bad these fruit bats are!

They forgot to add that they are more easily intimidated by fear tactics too.

And all this time, I thought being a conservative was a deliberate life style choice.
Then something must have happened to me because both my parents were conservatives, yet not one of their children turned out like them. We are all progressives or independents.

Well there's still the other 50% factor to account for I guess.
Conservatives are more likely to:
* believe that if you DO step on a crack, you actually break your mothers back!
* have horrible nightmares about polar bears eating their children
* fantasize about their gay neighbors' perversities
* call the police when seeing a minority on their street
* clip coupons at the Piggly Wiggly
* see Jesus on a slice of toasted Wonder bread
And those are their GOOD qualities!

I believe there is a serious flaw in all this somewhere.
A mutation in conservatives resulted in decent human beings. The two have co-existed because neither has a distinct advantage.

There should be a follow-up article to this on how liberals, progressives, moderates and independents are just as disgusted by conservatives. That's especially the case for the Reichwingnut Limphog-Insannity variety of sheeple from the ReTHUG wing.
Concrete literal thinkers are sure they are right about everything and contemptuous of others' experiences and opinions.
Its hysterical that people who made that study never wondered, why they werent disgusted for the last eight years. Its like they were in a deep coma and then wake up and are disgusted.
Yeah it can be a shock after eight years of lazying around.
There's some kind of contradiction here. From Seinfeld, we know that gays are "single, thin, and NEAT!" Yet, neat, tidy, organized people are now said to be Republicans who hate the thought of gay sex.
