Bill O'Reilly was proven wrong last week, when CNN's Rick Sanchez debunked his claim that CNN hadn't covered the murder of army recruiter Private William Long until Anderson Cooper's 10PM show. He acknowledged his error then, but Monday night he came back to the subject and hit the network for playing up Dr. George Tiller's murder more than Private Long's in primetime.

"Let's go back to Private William Long, assassinated last week in Arkansas by an American Muslim terrorist," O'Reilly said near the end of the Talking Points segment seen below. "Now I criticized the network news and CNN for basically ignoring the story while ginning up the Tiller murder. As I reported last Friday, I did misspeak about CNN. They did cover the story day side, but their primetime coverage was scant. In fact, up to the point where I mentioned the long Tiller comparison, CNN had devoted approximately 190 minutes almost three hours, more than three hours to Tiller while giving about 36 minutes to Private Long. That's about a six to one margin. So there you go."

Are we now suppose to measure how long each news outlet devotes to each story by the minute? 36 minutes? 190 minutes? I want to know who at FOX News got stuck with the job of counting the minutes CNN spends on each story. Kind of ridiculous!

Is Bill going to go devote time to covering today's shooting at the Holocaust Museum by a white supremacist?

And this is the only story I've seen on HuffPost regarding this terrorist attack. Why is that?

Maybe Bill O should quit what he's doing now and just work as a consultant for all the other news channels. He has so much to offer! CNN and MSNBC should really adopt the bit he has with the body language reader. NOW THAT'S NEWS!

Here's his problem. Keith Olberman is not talking about him anymore and he misses the attention.
How does the Fox formula work, find another dog fight. I hope CNN decides to stop mentioning his name as well. It's the ratings dance.

Extremist Christian kills MD = Man bites dog...more interesting and newsworthy.

Bill is the one with the extreme agenda and shameful reporting. This is Journalism 101 or in his case Jingoism 101

If one looks at O'Reilly"s show, in the weeks, months, even years leading up to that day, Bill mentioned and covered Tiller many times. I don't think he mentioned Private William Long once. Obviously, this is a liberal bias on Bill's part. I hope he get's this message and returns to the "fair and balanced" coverage that Fox Nees is well known for.

No, he barely acknowledged it at all. Please stop giving this arrogant man and FOX your support. It makes you look f00lish and very uninformed.

With all the important things going on in the world now that are news & comment worthy, doesn't his picking at CNN over this issue seem a little, oh I don't know..
PETTY!
JUVENILE!
IGNORANT!

I can only hope this is not your go-to guy for real news coverage. Every time I see him I remember why he was fired from a news network in Portland, Or years ago. What a creep.
