Liam stop, no A-team please, Tasha would have vetoed this one. You need to take time off. This is making me sad.

Please. Don't.

Nesson is such a fine actor and I thought had better sense than to do a piece of crap like an A Team movie. They must be offering him a bundle.

I am sorry to see that Liam is still stuck in the denial stage about his wifes death. He needs to properly work through ALL the stages of grieving in order to move on and to mourn appropriately. I hope for his sake that this happens soon because it is not healthy to be in denial for this long.

Liam needs a wee face lift.

I love Liam but we don't need an a-team movie. We didn't need the show. I'm old enough to remember it was a joke at the time and jumped the shark at about the 3rd episode. Paleeeze - no ateam movie

Is no tv series too dumb for a movie treatment.....god help us!!!!
11:34 AM on 06/09/2009
this sounds interesting but, why do I get the idea that it is just a studio obligation. I mean, this project was probably on the shelf for years and now that Neesom is back in the game--they decide to make the pic, sounds like a "payday" deal. I don't remember "faceman" ever being uttered in the series, I always remembered the guy as just "face"..As for howling mad murdock, to appeal to the young crowd, I would go for either Mathew lillard or Gary Busey's kid, or maybe even Johnny knoxville. For the older set, I'd say--Jim carrey--he'd probably want too much money though & would take over the movie. MR. T would be played by...hmmm...they could go outrageous and cast Michael Clarke duncan, or even a beefed up Idris Elba(he was in the recent movie "Obsessed" & played opposite Gerard butler in "Rock n rolla"), or finally--Michael jai white(of spawn fame)

Why be so narrow minded why not diversify the cast, with an asian or latino.
03:42 PM on 06/09/2009
you make a good point, however therein lies the problem with hollywood. Where, are the asian or latino actors of notoriety out there that could fill these roles? I'm sure they're out there, but maybe they don't get the exposure that they need. I'll take a stab at some hollywood retreads. Maybe Esai morales as "face", either benjamin bratt, lou diamond phillips, or benecio del torres as "murdock", Edward james olmos as hannibal & franky G as mr. T--I do think that you need some one tall & physically imposing to play mr.T so that might be a tough fit. As for asian actors, sadly my knowledge of them is limited to Asian national's & am probably ignorant of many up & coming Asian American actors in the U.S. For starters, here goes: Garret wang(played harry kim on star trek voyager), Sung Kang(gangster in fast& furious Tokyo drift..among other films), John Cho(Harold of Harold& Kumar fame) or Dustin nguyen (young police in 21 jump street) for "face", maybe george takkei for hannibal--he might be too old though...that's it for now--we need some one to play mr.T & a crazy Asian actor for murdock...I'll try coming up with some more later on.

I just hope the movie stays true to the series, it would be a shame to see A-Team handled the way Miami Vice and Charlies Angels were.
11:37 AM on 06/09/2009
Charlies angles was over the top and stupid, at least the last one was, but--I thought Miami vice was pretty good as an action movie.
01:13 PM on 06/09/2009
I agree Miami Vice as a pretty good movie, but I think it was about 10 years too late.
02:02 PM on 06/09/2009
lol - are you serious? It was a hideous TV show ... you want them to stay true to that?

Don't do it, Liam .. there are plenty enough rehashed, trashy movies out there without you making another one... Make the same money from two halfway decent films...
12:10 PM on 06/09/2009
Maybe Liam was a fan of the original TV show? ;)

I like this, even though the he is not American comments will be posted. Also Cooper taking the Face role must put him out of the Green Lantern movie?
01:14 PM on 06/09/2009
The Rock would be a good Green Lantern

Use Vin Diesel as Mr. T, and Cuba Gooding Jr. as Murdock
07:51 PM on 06/09/2009
Cuba Gooding Jr. as Murdock would be a great choice. I just recently watched "Rat Race" again, and he was so hilarious and over the top in that movie.
