He can use his own blood if that's the issue, he only need to give it up and store it.

there are numerous options for patients requiring surgery, but want to forego blood transfusions, regardless of religion. Autologous blood donation(yourself) and "bloodless" transfusions are some of the options. Google Dr. Bruce Spiess at Virginia Commonwealth University and request Dr. Jason Noble or Dr. Cathy Cooper for anesthesia.
I adore him and I am surprised that he claims any religious affiliation.
All that gyrating was OK, hip replacement - not so much. Karma is a harsh mistress.
Didn't he already get a hip replacement? And didn't he also leave the JW's a while ago? Double hip replacement sounds serious, if true.

But, without the hip replacements, he will be performing in a front-wheeled walker, and that would certainly take the blush off the rose for me.
Prince isn't going to look nearly as cool using a walker.
If God hadn't wanted us to have advanced medicine and cures and things like hip replacement surgery, he wouldn't have given us the capacity to do these things.
I feel sorry for the children who are denied medical care because of these "religions".

I wish 'the Artist who is again known as Price' would stop being silly and get the medical care he needs. Life can’t be easy with two bad hips.
