Unfortunately, those so-called "calorie counts" always seem to be more deflated than the US economy right now. A " 300" calorie dish may be more like 450 in reality; and depends heavily on things the consumer may not be aware of (type of oils/dressings used, etc.); therefore it is a waste of time and really just another 'big government' power play....
