Jeremiah Wright On Jews And Obama: "I Misspoke," Meant "Zionists"

Reverend Jeremiah Wright raised eyebrows yet again when he said he was no longer able to speak to President Obama because "them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me." On Sirius Radio's "Make it Plain with Mark Thompson" Thursday, he clarified.

"Let me just say, like Hillary, I misspoke. Let me just say Zionists," Wright said, before going on to delineate the difference between them and "responsible Jewish persons." He went on to discuss the Israeli government and the power of the Zionist lobby in the U.S. government, saying he was basing his words on the work of Jewish historian Marc Ellis.

Wright's bitter behavior is jealous that he did not have an impact on President Obama; the President loves and respects all people.

Wright's teachings have not rubbed off on the Obamas. That is why he is exhibiting passive-aggressive behaviors towards the Prez.

It is similar to Elijah Mohammed's turning against Malcolm X when the latter realized that he had been lied to by the former, after Malcolm returned from his journey to Mecca.

I believe Wright was able to hide his true behavior when he was younger; as he ages, it is harder to maintain double roles and the true behavior literally comes forth.

Poor Rev. Wright. He has so much to say and Pres. Obama won't listen. Fortunately the Press will still listen.
His bigotry and hatred still shocks me. It's as if having a forum, by way of knowing Obama, gives him the opportunity to be a leader of the small-minded haters and blamers. Who goes to church to get some fresh, new reasons to hate?

In the larger discussion on hate, it is time for previously marginalized groups (read blacks, jews, hispanics, women, gays, etc.) to start weeding out the crazies amongst us. Denounce and isolate these fools ASAP. We cannot remain caught up in our own sense of victimization. It is time to move forward.
