Two weeks ago when we asked "Who's the best-dressed Supreme Court Justice?", your answer was Justice Sandra Day O'Connor for her signature lace jabot. But the fact that Justice John Paul Stevens landed in second place suggested that readers really like guys who wear bow ties. So we decided to find out how you feel about these other decorated gentlemen:

These comments are hilarious! Bow ties, like any article of clothing says something about the wearer. Some people look perfectly normal in a bow tie and others look like they are trying too hard. It indicates something about confidence. If you are a confident person you can pull off bow ties or any other look. If you lack confidence then you will look like a jacka**. IT'S NOT WHAT YOU WEAR, IT'S HOW YOU WEAR IT! BTW: to the guy who said ascots rule, Higgins and I agree.

At least the style section is fair and balanced.

The bow tie should have died with deceased Senator Paul Simon, who wore one with unassuming and unmatched class. The guys that wear them now, are just trying way too hard to look something they are not and never will be. Put them away, because they don't work.

If you won't wear a bow tie it because you are a too insecure.
if you can't tie a bow tie you need velcro for your shoes.

I like what David Sedaris said about bow ties: "A bow tie announces to the world you can no longer get an erection."

Do they spin around and squirt water? Otherwise, no.

This is a waste of blog space; please allow some of us an opportunity to write an article. This is bogus and who cares about it!

Only Churchill looks OK. The rest look like dorks.

Truman and Churchill look cool, because it was appropriate to their era.

Pee Wee and Groucho look OK because it was part of their act.

The rest look like jackoffs.

Agreed about Truman and Churchill.

Ties are cool, but bow ties? You only wear those if its like some part of a uniform designed to humiliate you. There are few examples of neckwear more embarrassing to see on a grown man. Heck, even ascots can be cool.

Dude ascots rock, and need to be brought back!

The voting thing isn't activating for me - but that's okay. I don't like bow ties on grown men, they're kind of a childish looking thing.

Men look nice with the bow ties!

Men who can't tie a bow tie are doomed to wear four in hands with their evening clothes.
