I am totally in favor of plant-based diets and have been practicing that way of life for decades. But does having a higher sperm count really make you more manly? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense? I mean, unless you're actively trying to conceive, who cares?

Sperm count is somewhat like the canary in the coal mine. It's an indicator of a man's overall health.

If more Americans believed in the plant nutrients that are in fruit and veggies, their health would improve 100%.
