The Tea Party movement appears to have produced its first official candidate for national office.

Tom Cox, the founder and chairman of the Arkansas Tea Party organization, announced at a rally on Monday that he will seek the U.S. Senate seat held by Democrat Blanche Lincoln.

It will be interesting especially since there is talk on the TolbertReport of Trevor Drown, the Russellville Green Beret possible running as an independent. Its on his web site. He was the only one in Arkansas to tell the new Lottery Director to Pack his bags and go back to South Carolina after he was hired for $345,000 and he hired his buddies at $200,000 a year. Lots of people are angry and the lottery director has the audicity to tell the politicans the people are too stupid to understand what is going on. Its very complicated.
