Authorities discovered child pornography on a computer used by James W. von Brunn, the 88-year-old white supremacist accused of killing a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum last week, according to court documents filed by the FBI.

No surprise to me. All these rightwing moralist are hypocrhites. Just look at Sen. Ensign of Nevada. Not only is he an adulterer, but he was paying the mistress, her husband, and her son. He wanted Clinton to ster-donw and Larry Craig to do the same. He also belongs to that sham group The Promise Keepers. I wonder how many of those clowns are involved in the same thing; I'll bet many of them are.

I agree with your comments. I also remember reading about the Promise Keepers shortly after Bush was selected in 2000, and if I recall correctly, it seems that they were part of Bush's base.

It's in the public record that Von Brunn was a registered Democrat. He was a supporter of national socialism. Socialism is on the left end of the political spectrum. Always has been.

In any event, registering as a member of a political party does not guarantee any cognizance of the party's history or ideology.
