Every legal argument by government lawyers have failed by Judges. The only idiot in the USA who excluded Judges from their duties was King Bushitte.................... Let's pray the International Courts are still procuring reprocussion of breaking international laws with the us torture program......

A wise man who knows internment without trial in a civil court is not the true American way!

I think this was the original intent of the administration. Do it legally, and if someone objects, they have to pay to appeal it.

Give our allies an ultimatum. They must either take two detainees or one banster. Gitmo will be empty by the end of the week.

I say give him government paid housing and food and set him up in Texas - where is it that Bush purchased his new home. Or maybe Cheney, they locked the man up and he was innocent - they should be faced with some real life changing consequences of their actions for a change.

This administration is letting each detainment and torture issue go to the courts based on the Bush standings. It's a great strategy since it's faster for the release of those imprisoned since they are not taking time to re-file motions with entirely new language. More to the point, it is getting rulings on EVERY Bush policy that are uniformly negative. Having the entire Bush rationale shot down by courts is just super. No one can appeal since the government accepts the courts' decisions. Brilliant! We are getting a huge outflow of court decisions against every single thing Bush and his cronies did, and that will help stop this from EVER happening again.

Reality is a bear, isn't it? Once on that slippery slope of Cheeney/Bush policies it was all downhill from there.
