The biggest scam of all is the Taxi Complaints number in the back of the taxi cabs - its just there for PR purposes. If you call DURING something going wrong during your cab ride - all you get is a rude woman telling you that they can send you out a form.

I mean can't someone take down the cab number and information right then? You have all the info at that time - cab number, driver name and number etc? Just like if you call the CTA.

But they don't cause they don't care - it is there for PR purposes - it's a lie.
