CHICAGO (AP) -- Another news organization is asking a federal court to unseal the FBI wiretap tapes and other materials that led to ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich's arrest.

ABC and Chicago's WLS-TV on Tuesday joined CNN in its request to U.S. District Judge James Zagel.

Zagel is presiding over the former governor's racketeering case. He's set a Wednesday hearing on claims by the news organizations that the public has a right to more information about the case.

Prosecutors say the tapes are sealed to protect the privacy of people caught on the wiretaps but who aren't charged with any wrongdoing.
