French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni dressed up for dinner with Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and First Lady Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Misned on Monday.
At their last public meeting on July 14, 2008, Sheikha Mozah upped the ante with attention-grabbing chartreuse. Here they celebrate Bastille Day in France with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon's wife Yoo Soon-Taek and Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak.
Back to Monday, their second match-up, both women wore long, vibrant gowns with design in the details. Carla's had a ruched and criss-crossed bodice and Sheikha Mozah's had buttons, blousing and a center slit.
Carla dazzled with a dropped diamond necklace.
Sheikha Mozah bejeweled her waistline with a pearl and diamond belt.
She carried a black bow clutch.
She chose black peep-toe sling-back stilettos to match.
Sheikha Mozah's dress had draping and a train in the back.
She also had on a pair of chandelier earrings.
