"Today Show" Interviews Couple Whose Dog Raised 3 Tiger Cubs (VIDEO)

The "Today Show" interviewed the couple whose golden retriever raised three white-striped tiger cubs at their Kansas zoo for an update on how the cubs are doing. The tigers are no longer living in the house; they have their own enclosure with a pool.

The tiger cubs, although they're more like 'tiger teens' today, eat chicken and meat every day, and are enjoying their final days playing with their adopted mother because very soon they'll be too big, and, really, who knows how long this truce in the eternal struggle between cats and dogs can last. The tigers will turn one year old next month.

My former husband's new wife raised mountain lions - our daughter said when she stayed over - she would awaken to sand paper on her arms.... one of the lions used to sleep with her and lick her to wake her up.

All in all.... it was a wonderful experience for my daughter..­... she loved the lions.

I'm so jealous! I've always wanted to just once be able to be in the company of a big cat. That's just a great story--what a wonderful memory to have.
