LOS ANGELES -- A 911 caller from Michael Jackson's home says he wasn't breathing or responding to efforts to revive him.

The Los Angeles Fire Department released the 911 call Friday.

The caller reported that Jackson was on a bed, he wasn't breathing and wasn't responding to CPR.

The unidentified caller said Jackson only was with his personal doctor at the time.

Jackson was pronounced dead later Thursday at UCLA Medical Center.

Los Angeles County coroner's Lt. Brian Elias says an autopsy began shortly after 9 a.m. Friday and could take three to four hours.

Additional laboratory tests, including toxicology tests, are likely and those results wouldn't be known for several weeks.

Doesn't sound as if the doctor provided CPR, since Jackson was on the bed (and not on a hard flat surface) at the time of the 911 call. I doubt that he tried CPR on the floor, and then lifted him onto the bed.

Knowing the fact that you are worth more to your record producers not alive than alive must be a personal horror for many artists. I believe it is true that more was made off of Elvis and Lennon after their demise than during their lifetimes. Jackson's career was in the hole. Who knows what really happened.

well, now the cia must be in cahoots w/ the record producers----have you tried his paranoia pills-------the people who stand to lose LOTS on this are AEG productions, some insurers, and not to mention a LOT of ticketholders who bought scalped or unauthroized dealer (of which there are many)-----from a biz perspective, the fallout will be a nightmare------

Anyone who has taken even a basic CPR course (BCLS) knows the victim must be placed on a hard (not just firm) surface. This tenet would exclude a bed unless it's a plinth.
