Rest in peace, Farrah. You did a good thing with your documentary about your struggle with cancer.

I believe it was really insensitive of Brian Williams to bump Farrah's story for Jackson. I told my husband that I just couldn't believe that I heard so little about Farrah's passing and Michael took precedence. It was obvious that Mr. Williams felt that a struggle with cancer with a beautiful woman like Farrah is far less interesting. RIP Farrah

I kind of feel the same way, but I believe people are more shocked by the passing of Jackson. It was sudden. We knew Farrah was going to pass and we've watched her family stay by her side during her final days. I believe many people remember Farrah and hold her in their hearts.

I agree. Farrah had a long, painful goodbye while Michael's death was so shocking.

Reportedly, approximately 800 family & friends will attend Farrah's funeral tomorrow which will be followed by a big celebration. This lovely lady will go out in style!

I agree completely. It is disgusting what common sense the media possesses. They have immortalized someone who was ashamed of his heritage and the looks God gave him and disrespected the passing of "An angel inside and out who showed tremendous strength and courage during her battle with cancer, and who was not ashamed nor changed the natural beauty that she came into this world with." That is who should have been immortalized by the press At least our Texas angel is at peace now and pain free. Rest in peace sweet angel.

The shallowness of your comment is extremely sad (and probably r@cist too). And you have the nerve to mention God.

Farrah and Michael, I surely hope are resting in peace. They both were hunted and harrassed beyond belief.

Prayers to both families.

Attention to news on the day of MJ's death helps Farah's longevity too. I think Farrah's death will be remembered more than if she had not died the same day as MJ May they both rest in peace.

I would attend her funeral before even thinking about Michael Jackson.

Is there a funeral contest going on I didn't know about?

I am in awe of Farrah's grit and determination to fight her cancer. She was one tough cookie. Unfortunately, she lost that fight. I admire her tremendously but I question if the last few months or so of her life was worth the terrible pain and suffering she endured. I dont know if I would have that kind of courage if a similar fate happened to me.

Condolences to her family. RIP, Farrah.

I think she always was an angel.

I saw her in the play "Extremities" in NY in 1983 - an intensely demanding role physically and emotionally .... and she was incredible. She proved her capabilities as an actress of depth with that role, as well as later with "The Burning Bed." It's a shame we didn't get to see more of that talent.

She showed again how courageous she really was by allowing us into her most intimate struggle in "Farrah's Story." Just another reminder that very few people are one-dimensional. Compassion counts for a lot.

I watched her film the other night. NBC ran it. It was so powerful that it has stayed with me. Her courage and determination can never be overshadowed by anyone.

It's a shame that her passing was over shadowed by Michael Jackson's death.

Not in the hearts and minds of those of us fans that geniunely admired this talented, sparkling, courageous lady.

MJ who? That's my opinion. Don't even get me going re: that.

I have watched "Farrah's Story" so many times on various networks that I can cry no more.

And I continue to be amazed at her bravery to have shared her journey with all of us so that we might learn and know..................

Sleep well, sweet "angel"!

Well in that case 'blondecuban' so was Ed Ed McMahon. Regardless, may all three rest in eternal peace.

She was a unique beauty; strongly resembling her beautiful mother. When you look at it she really had a short career. She was on CA for only 1 yr and then did a few movies. That was it. Her poster and hair made her the Jennifer Aniston of her day.
