Good man. HIV testing is important. It's a horrifying disease which ruins many lives.

There is a problem with the lack of scientific awareness of diseases in some "developing" countries.

There is also a problem of over commercialization and politicization of disease control in those same countries.

Informed and cool heads will prevail where policy meets society.

I started using Twitter when the Iranian protests started. I read Ashton's tweets (twitters?) and I decided not to follow him because he wasn't talking about the #iranelection tag or anything else I was interested in. Now he's suddenly the Twitter ambassador to the WH? Those guys at the WH know that Ashton has all those followers. Community organizers are practically surgeons when it comes to spreading the word. They are pretty smart about finding free and inexpensive ways to do it because of the need for support and lack of funds. I don't think they ever lose those skills. (obviously)
