LOS ANGELES, CA – Plans for Michael Jackson’s funeral have been revealed by his estate. Representatives of the Jackson estate have released a statement detailing some of the plans for Mr. Jackson’s funeral. In his will Jackson wishes for his body to be cremated and sprinkled over the surface of the moon. However since then his finances have taken a downturn and new plans have had to be created. The funeral will be closed casket, with a large picture of Michael from 1982. Seated front row will be Jackson’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, the skeleton of the Elephant Man, Bubbles 4 (the most recent pet monkey to carry the name), and Macaulay Culkin. The remaining members of the Four Tops, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and the Supremes will all perform at the ceremony to pay their respects. Acting as pallbearers will be the Harlem Globetrotters, who made Michael an honorary member in 1978. I was just looking through YouTube and went back in time to the late 1960's through the 1970's... I loved the Jacksons. I was the only girl in my all white grammar school who thought Michael Jackson was better looking than Donny Osmond - and the Jackson 5 was far superior musically. I remember seeing the Jacksons on Soul Train as well as Cher.

To know of Michael Jackson then compared to his later years, we lost MJ a long time ago. He was a great entertainer, a great singer and heaven knows a great dancer. To me, his best look was during his Off The Wall album. I wish he knew how good looking he really was.

After watching the videos I felt glad that at least I can remember him then - before we lost him to celebrity, before we lost him to himself...

Anyway, this will be my final MJ comment. I wish his family well and wish them peace.
