"NBC Nightly News" Sees Best Ratings In Months

"NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams" delivered its best week since April, averaging 8.379 million total viewers last week. Thursday night's broadcast alone drew over 10 million viewers on the news of Michael Jackson's death that afternoon.

ABC's "World News" averaged 6.994 million total viewers, while the "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric" averaged 5.566 million total viewers. Both programs were up over the previous week, when their audiences reached record lows.

"Nightly News," which also saw its most online streams ever Thursday night (at 3.4 million), recorded its biggest advantage over second-place "World News" since February.

what's their other slogan "We Report, You Decide" .. Decide if it's Lies or not ... majority of the time it's Lies ... but one has to be critical in thinking to figure that out ... sad to say over 90% of their viewers are not ..
