Al Malnik, Godfather Of Blanket Jackson, Denies He's Child's Real Father, Discusses "Extraordinary" Relationship With Michael (VIDEO)

Al Malnik, the godfather of Prince Michael II Jackson (nicknamed Blanket and Jackson's third and youngest child), was a guest on the "Today Show" to discuss his and his family's "extraordinary" relationship with Jackson and to address the rumors that he is actually the biological father of Blanket. Asked by Meredith Vieira if he wanted to set the record straight on those rumors, he firmly denied that he was Blanket's real father. Malnik also reminisced about some of his fondest memories of Jackson.

Gee did TMZ do any real work and find out who Al Malnik really is?? We know the Today show didn't go there. Maybe a call to law enforcement would have been worth their time.

The sordidness of what they did to these children will be everlasting for them. Who are their actual mothers? Who are their actual fathers? How much money was exchanged for them? They took the place of all his other "toys" and have never led a normal existence. Children having to appear under veils, bags, and behind masks are not living a normal existence by any means and the hoopla that will follow them for the rest of their lives is sure to create more damage to their psyches.

All because of a selfish man and the women who sold their wombs to satisfy his ego. Money cannot buy happiness and hopefully these children will somehow escape the tawdriness of their existence so far and rise above it. The odds are not in their favor however, and they will have to live with the knowledge that they may never know who their actual biological parents are. So far, neither "parent" of note is much to offer. "Buy me a baby" is going to be something they will have to live with when this is over, if it ever is. Shameful.

I saw this man on the Today show. He seemed like a wonderful friend to MJ. Even had a grocery store cleared in the evening so MJ could experience that. The kids wore masks so when they did go out with this man's children they wouldn't be recognized.

There had to be some exclusive, private school these kids could've attended. If the Obama's found one I know MJ could've. I hope his mother puts them in school for socialization but it will have to be a very exclusive school.

The legal wrench in the works is that the children are neither Jackson's nor the mother's, and he didn't legally adopt them. There is a distinct possibility that the kids will end up in foster care, or outside adoption.

His "real" father? What a lot of b**l/sh**! Michael Jackson was the child's "real" father. Ask anyone who has an adopted child who the "real" parents are. My supervisor at work died last year. Her "real" but adopted children are being raised by her sister and brother-in-law. No questions asked about who would raise the chidren. I can't believe the amazingly bigoted comments that have been posted since Michael's death. It is troubling to say the least.
