Thank God. There aren't nearly enough wedding-themed reality shows on television.

Hmmm even narrower narrowcasting.....just like that scene (google it) of 'Days & Nights Of Molly Dodd'
where her mother remarks about 'The Good Grooming Channel'.

Why do the television stations keep putting this kind of c**p on...................???
What a flippin waste of air space?
If this is the best you can do, give it up and let someone else try.

Wish someone would produce a show about straight men who are confirmed bachelors as a counterpoint. Per divorce statistics, the "sacred bond" fails over 50% of the time in the U.S. Marriage is obsolete unless you want to have kids. It's less stressful, just as rewarding, and cheaper to just maintain a friends with benefits relationship if you have found you "soulmate". Nookie is a mighty powerful thing as it turns men's brains into mush, and traps the weak into marriage that unfairly forces them into an expensive life of subservience. Imagine the uproar that would be caused if men boycotted marriage for a year as a method of protesting arcane divorce laws. There are many liberated mature women out there willing to boink for free, and they should be applauded.

Good post. Yes would love to see the show you suggest. Notice how men who do not want to get married are called "commitment-phobes?" Ironic how manipulative that accusation is. Which then drives us futher away. These shows are terriffic for showing marriage for what is really is. Another point of irony, marriage is just as stifling for the female, but with the consumerist-corporatist princess menatility that American girls are brought up on, and as a result believe they can "have it all" it's no wonder they are crazed to get married. Then disappointment usually follows.

Imagine the hell that would rain down on men from their g/f's if they actually boycotted marriage for a year? Again, another point of irony.
