You all have to try this- please only use skirt steak. It's thin and delish!
1. In a bowl mix one shot glass amount of whiskey, 1 tablespoon molasses, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, a pinch of pepper, and generous squeeze from a fresh lime -mix with wire whisk- and spread it on top of generous portion of skirt steak.
2. Grill until crystallized and sizzling.
Enjoy with fresh potato salad made with red potatoes and drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil (no mayo) and the rest of that juicy lime you used in your marinade. Drink down with organic green iced tea with fresh mint sprigs. And for dessert fresh fruit with lime sorbet!
