Unfortunately, my old friend (one time we were very close - he thanks me in the credits of his books) J. Randy Taraborelli, went off the deep end over a decade ago. He alienated himself from Michael around 1978. His claim to fame is that he wrote the first negative article about Michael Jackson in the black press (when he was the first white editor of Soul Magazine). I never really understood what was behind his motivation. Now it's all too easy to $ee.

Read his third edition on Diana. First he loves her, then he trashes her, now he feels guilty and tried to apologize with another book.......I agree about the deep end. I think at some point he began to believe he was somehow important to his subjects, and that he was continually seeking approval from them, with his writing.

Here we go-AGAIN. How many accounts are people going to give? Don't they realize that now it all sounds like rubbish mixed together? If they really cared, they would have come forward with a lot of that stuff when they found out about it, but they were feeding off of him, so they stayed quiet. No wonder the man was so miserable. Did he have any real friends?

Yeah, the real friends aren't the ones who kept quiet but the ones who came out acknowleging he had a REAL problema and tried to save his life. That's real friends not yes people or people with their heads in the sand to save a career.
