Rangel To Obama: Butt Out Of New York Senate Race

Rep. Charles Rangel defended colleague Carolyn Maloney's right to take on Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and lashed out anew at President Obama for butting into New York's Democratic primary. [...]

"I really don't understand why President Obama got involved in our primary," Rangel said.

"I don't want to use the word wrong, but it doesn't seem like the astute political thing to do," he said.

Amen. Maloney has distinguished herself in all the hearings on the Wall Street mess; she understands exactly what those vipers have been up to (and are still up to), whereas Gillibrand is a Blue Dog lightweight. Maloney should have been given the Senate seat, but the corporatocracy didn't approve.

Not paying your taxes is not astute political thing do, when you also trying to avoid investigation. Therefore, you do not have a creditable voice to complain about what other should do. I guess paying taxes are for the working class voters who for voted for you, and not for you and Cindy McCain. At lest, Cindy claims she forgot to paid property taxes for four years. Good old Charlie should talk to Cindy's tax lawyers, but there one problem. The lawyers will need to be paid, and they will get their money from dear old Charlie.

There are more new yorkers in line with President Obama than there are with Rangel, i think he should spend more time cleaning his own house of the many scandels that he has created, and on that total fiasco up in albany instead of chastising our great President. Once again the Democratic Party in New York is poised to shoot itself in the head. Holtzman attacks unions before election, Green insults Sharpton before election, Ferrarro employs racist before election, McCall is undermined for Cuomo before election, Both Clintons praises mcCain and insults Obama before election, Rangel splits Democratic votes between candidates and berates Obama before election. Yes, the perfect loosing formular is still the one to follow. TheRepublican Party is not the only ones lost and confused.

As you all can see now, these politicians are for self, soon it will be time to vote and with flavor it won't be buisness as usual, they have been around for 2 decades and it's also time for change with them. (No More, Out You Go), we need men/women who can not only interpret the law but will follow it themselves not men/women who enforces the law and then use taxpayers money for their fleshly desires. I want a man/woman who ain't afraid to say when something is out of order or that it is not good for the people. When money was out there plentiful not one of them was thinking about the highways and streets our streets and highways have been needing fixing for over twenty yrs, now there is potholes everywhere, job loss, but the same pending going on in the big house if the governors are going to eliminate very important jobs then start from the top, a good leader looks at the people and says if they don't have we all don't have, meaning stop all unnecassary trips, unnecassary rental of cars, unnecassary spending and buying period and then you'll see some money, lots of it. If we the people don't work then you the politician don't get paid, Why? because if there is no one working you can't get paid. You figure.
