THE battle between Levi Johnston (above) and Sarah Palin isn't over yet. Johnston -- best known for impregnating the former vice-presidential candidate's daughter, Bristol -- "is shopping a book," his bodyguard/publicist, Tank, tells New York magazine.

My 2 cents: Levi has to beat Sarah at her own game in order to simply have a relationship with his child in which she isn't calling all of the shots. I think Levi will not spill dirt on Sarah, he is simply letting her know that he COULD, if she chooses to obstruct his relationship with his child. Sadly, when dealing with someone as manipulative and sociopathic as Sarah, you must do things you wouldn't normally want to do. If you pay attention to some of the things Levi has said in interviews, he never outright "trashes" Sarah, and in fact still remains quite respectful, all things considered, while still being honest and direct about the circumstances he has faced when dealing with the Palins. I think he is doing what he has to do for his child, trying to only go as far as necessary at playing "hardball" in order to protect his child. He may not be "booksmart", he may be unsophisticated, and he may even be a little bigoted thanks to his upbringing, but he has proven that he isn't dumb by a longshot.

The ethics complaints being filed against Sarah Palin aren't coming from people outside of ALASKA......they are coming from people "inside" ALASKA.

ALASKA is heavily dominated by REPUBLICAN voters and politicians. That means that the vast majority of the ethics complaints being filed against Sarah Palin are being filed by her fellow REPUBLICANS.

18 yrs is a long time to do battle with your child's mother and their family.

Congratulations on the possible acting roles but if you want peace and cooperation from your baby's momma you should bypass the book option.

(Even though I'd like to hear some of the details, I don't know if they could be believed anymore than I could believe anything Sarah Palin says/writes about herself.)

At least he could get paid millions for telling the truth about Palin whereas Palin is making some publishing company a complete fool thinking they will get anything resembling the truth out of her mouth. I wouldn't buy her book if he was brought to my door, FREE, on a silver platter! And anybody who does is a "sucker for punishment".

Given SP's vitriolic attacks on anyone who crosses her, it may be impossible for Levi to create a decent relationship with the Palin family. In my experience, people with personality disorders like Palin's only respond to two emotions greed and fear.

He's smart if he sets it up for her to fear what he may say.
