Quinn, getting things done, even if Madigan wants to let Illinois' problems stagnate while he plays "fiscal conservative".

Quinn is an F-ing bulldog about the Tax Hike, I won't be voting for him in 2010. An Ohio study concluded that for every 1% tax increase the state loses 3% GDP, I'm betting that when this is all over Illinois will still not be able to close it's budget deficits.

Why then don't you float your red neck down the Mississippi River to where they don't have state governments, just state prison systems? There should be lots of GDP for you there.

Madigan's ability to dissolve into the background while the family ponders Lisa's next move should be shameless; kudos to Quinn for at least shining some light into that black hole of the Speaker's office.
