Taste Of Chicago 2009, In Pictures (SLIDESHOW)

Judging from the photos, I would say our Central Oregon Deschutes County Fair food way is just as exciting as the Taste of Chicago.

I agree with the other posters that these photos of the Taste are horrible. Where is the excitement?

My favorite treat at the Taste is one from my childhood.

If I had never been to the Taste and were to make a decision on whether to go or not based on these pictures I wouldn't go. Those pics carry none of the atmosphere, excitement, concerts, crowds, rides or energy of the Taste of Chicago. The person who took them seemed actually lazy, arriving early the very first day of the Taste, shooting a few pics of whatever he could find and hightailing it out of there. That person should not be allowed to post pictures of any event again.

sorry to say, those pix are pretty lame. They don't really capture the event at all!
