Everything with Stroger is "a coincidence". And if you look closely, yOu can see his hand up Gene Mullins' back. I want to start the "Anybody but Stroger" campaign for 2010; anyone could do a better job of running Cook County than "I was the one child left behind" Todd Stroger.
