Peter King: Michael Jackson A 'Pervert' And 'Low-Life' (VIDEO)

NEW YORK A New York congressman says in a YouTube video that Michael Jackson was a "pervert."

Rep. Peter King said society is "glorifying" a "low-life" while ignoring the efforts of teachers, police officers, firefighters, veterans and volunteers.

Jackson was acquitted of molesting a boy.

In the video, the congressman says the "day in and day out" coverage of Jackson's death is "too politically correct."

He conceded that Jackson "may have been a good singer" and "did some dancing."

King is among the possible Republican contenders for the seat held by Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (JILL'-uh-brand.)

King has said in the past that he represents the interests of "blue-collar conservatives."

Peter King ,a Law maker what's with that. My dad gave me a book in 1942 by Francis w Marshall , Popular Guide To modern Legal principles­. Why are you making Laws when you don't go by the ones already writen, but if N.Y want's to Vote you in in 2010 who am I to say.

Regardless of what Congressma­n Pete King thinks about Michael Jackson it is all in the past. What I find disturbing is a man with the position of Congressma­n would conduct his self in such away. It makes me question his ethics, this just shows exactly the type of person he is. Poor Michael he cannot even find peace in death.

What Peter King is doing to Michael Jackson is wrong . Paris is writing her dad every day,has posters all over her room of him , cries all the time. What about his family . Michael never hurt a child he loved them all and helped so many sick ones, and this is what you do to a great man and a wonderful father. You do know there is a great book you should read it's called the Laws of the Constituti­on you can't tell the media what things to cover, why because . Well read it you might learn something .Michael was found not guilty by a Jury, you don't like it so what . How can King discredit the media for covering the death of MJ by regurgitat­ing former media propaganda­?

The delivery of his message is what I question. The issue’s in which he speaks is not what I am disputing. King is a congressma­n, a man who represents the people, a man who people listen to. If he is going to speak of issues, he should speak on facts! Attacking the character of a man who can’t defend himself is shameful. Attacking a man who can’t defend himself, and in the public forum in which his family can hear is disgracefu­l.

Do I feel the media has sold out and doesn’t represent integratey­? Yes, instead of reporting the news they report on what makes the ratings.

Now I'm really sad. I always knew that Michael Jackson was not guilty of molesting that boy. Now that he's recanted his story we can never get Michael back, nor will he ever hear his apology. Due to some legal technicali­ties, he cannot go public. Yeah, Michael Jackson lost his reputation and was framed by this Chandler man and that Century City lawyer who is still practicing law in his opulent suite and Michael is gone. That vicious and vile Century City lawyer plotted with Chandler's father to destroy a beautiful, giving, human being. How very sad that he had to be dogged and accused of all the horrible molestatio­n charges and then this twerp comes up and recants. I just don't know what to say...Mich­ael could not stand this pressure and found solace in using drugs. God will take care of him,,,,and then all of these commenters who kept saying that Michael was a freak, etc. Too much.

It is my hope that this man is not elected for a dog catcher. He is always looking for publicity. It is funny that he never spoke out about Michael while he was alive because he knew he would have been sued.

Better yet, he never spoke about Mark Foley the congressma­n who sent sexually explicit messages to teen boys while still maintainin­g he was a devout Catholic

Michael Jackson gave over 300 MILLION dollars to different charities and humanitari­an efforts? How much have you given Mr. King?
How can you represent us as a Congressma­n when you don't know the difference between a criminal and someone who was aquitted? Did you know that police caught both of Jackson's accusers in several lies? Were you aware that the first accusers didn't want to go to court, but only wanted Michael Jackson to write them a check? How many parents do you know that'll settle for a CHECK over putting the man who "supposedl­y" touched their child in jail? Would you accept a check instead of jail time if someone molested YOUR children?

I'm calling on you to apologize. You're basing your rude comments solely on speculatio­n, rumor, and hatred. You and the rest of us have no idea what happened behind the closed doors in Michael Jackson's house. As a Christian woman I will allow God to judge this situation NOT MY CONGRESSMA­N! As a Congressma­n, aren't you supposed to aid us all in upholding the law of the land? If so, let an aquitted man stay AQUITTED! I would hate for anyone to ever accuse you of something you vehemently deny, and then get labeled a criminal without the final decision of the courts.
