Hayden Panettiere's Sheer Lace Letterman Dress (PHOTOS)

Hayden Panettiere visited the 'Late Show With David Letterman' Monday night in a peekaboo black lace dress.

Panettiere is promoting her new movie "I Love You Beth Cooper," a teen comedy that opens this Friday against "Bruno."

Not a fan of lace and there is such a disconnect between lace and gladiator-style shoes. But, that's just my female viewpoint. Can't appreciate what the guys see in it. ;-)

My grandmother used to have doilies that had the same pattern. Kinda glad she doesn't anymore. Doilies are useless if they're stiff...for whatever reason.
