Hayden Panettiere's Sheer Lace Letterman Dress (PHOTOS)

Hayden Panettiere visited the 'Late Show With David Letterman' Monday night in a peekaboo black lace dress.

Panettiere is promoting her new movie "I Love You Beth Cooper," a teen comedy that opens this Friday against "Bruno."

I was just flipping through the channels last night and when I got to CBS I could not make my fingers flip to the next channel. I'm not sure what they were talking about, I think dolphins or something, but I do know that she was simply stunning, stunning, stunning. To hell with Megan Fox.
