Is Sarah Palin's Resignation BAD For The Environment?
Sarah Palin's looming departure from the governor's office in Alaska may deprive at least one animal welfare group of a key source of green.

Probably losing a CASH cow for environmental groups. Palin has been so outrageous in her bahavior that she has aliantated so many, that she has created a wave of reactions bringing people together. Have to admit, never had sympathy for wolves until I saw what Palin had done with shooting from airplanes. I am worried about the future of the gasline through Alaska and I really want to know how much money will be collected from OIL companies for Alaskans since she changed the payment formula based on the NET income as opposed to the gross.
USURY IS IMMORAL AND UNETHICAL but not illegal in the US. Why not???
Sarah's furniture has crabs! YEEEEEEWWWW!
I heard that Sara Palin's new book will go on sale at 1/2 price because the back half of the book will be blank pages.
But...just imagine Sarah...in a tiny thong...ma
Sooner or later you'd have to talk to her, and then...
Was her living room decorated by the Adams Family? The bear is bad but that crab! Yikes.
Defenders of Wildlife might pull less money but they won't need as much either to counteract this "lady". One of the worst stories I've heard from Failin's time in AK was when they awarded a mining company the right to dump their wastes in a 23 acre lake, which would sterilize the entire lake...she called it a "great day for Alaska". What a nightmare!
Can anyone explain what is with all the oil some people put on their legs? Oh, I get it...maybe that's good for the environment?
This is one of the funniest posts.....

Clearly this is your most insightful post.
This article in Scientific American may shed some light on the controvery:

I think that the practice of aerial or aerial-aided wolf reduction represents a real difference of opinion on management of moose and caribou populations in certain areas of Alaska, not just some form of Palin insanity. Much of the criticism is coming from people who simply reject any concept of game management in favor of relying on natural selection, but that is not the world we live in.
I can't even focus on the story because of the picture. Is that photoshopped? Is that for real? That huge bear rug and stuffed crab? Get this woman some Lithium NOW
It's clearly fake. This kind of propoganda undermines the "green" movement. A fake picture, a falsified "scientific" study there....
It's not fake. It's her office decor. Her father shot the bear.

FYI, the word is spelled "propaganda", not "propoganda".
Ha Ha! This is perfect office decor for the pit bull in lipstick! What would you call that style? Roadkill Moderne?
fefo: you are talking about a woman who did a press conference in front of turkeys being slaughtered ... of course it's real!
what a non story
