While they are at it, maybe the UK would like to investigate why a British citizen was in Afghanistan fighting with the Taliban. Maybe they would like to investigate the money raised for for Hamas and Hezbollah by British Mosques. Maybe they would like to investigate the treatment of women and non-Muslims by the Taliban. Maybe they would like to investigate how the Taliban is getting its funds to build their terrorist infrastructure.

Britain is expert at running -- aka 'fixing' -- Public Inquiries. Take these examples - Bl00dy Sunday. Jean Charles de Menezes. The Iraq Sexed-up 'Dodgy Dossier'. David Kelly. On and on and on.
They spend millions. But they are wise enough to pick a tame st00ge to a) chair it and b) write up the reports. Result? ZERO surprises, of course.
