Well, it is probably cancer or severe pancreatitits. Either way, the Leader is feeling not so good.
After what this man has done to the people of NK and the trouble he has caused the world, he deserves everything he is getting, if one believes in Karma.

Reports that Kim Jong Il as a serious condition of the pancreas? Symptoms of pancreatic cancer are:
Rapid weight loss
jaundice
lack of appetite
depression
complaints of pain in the abdomen or back.
Does anyone have any recent closeups of KJI that show the color of the whites of his eyes?
If he has pancreatic cancer AND has depression, I hope that the North Korean Politburo has some kind of fail safe mechanism that prevents war being started by a depressed KJI with a fatal disease..
Of course, it could be some other kind of disease of the pancreas, but most others would seem to be treatable and that weight loss and decline would be reversed with treatment.
Severe pancreatitis can cause the same symptoms and just as much suffering.
