Of all of the threats that have been made against Obama, only black man carrying a gun goes to jail. He made no threats and was known to be an Obama supporter. I wonder if the NRA will come out in his defense; somehow I doubt it.
He had a bullet proof vest.
He was carrying a loaded handgun in an area with a TOTAL ban on handguns. And, had no permit to carry concealed.
He had a previous felony conviction.

If he has had a previous felony conviction wouldn't the Feds charge hem with felon in procession of a firearm. The story didn't say anything about that. So maybe not "Nuf said"

He was trying to get to Obama's house at 4:45 AM to ask about getting a job. Sounds like a mental health issue to me. He may very well have been dangerous even without a gun never mind with one.

I thought the same thing. They are trying to make a subtle statement. Funny how that man who shot and killed that abortion doctor was running around harrassing everyone at that clinic and the police did nothing. The problem is that our justice system is not equal.
