Joe and Jermaine want MJ to be buried at Neverland..MJ did not want this..After the trial, he never again considered Neverland his home...He never went back!! Joe and Jermaine see a money situation at Neverland...Nothing more!!

What concerns me over this is Katherine needs to make a decision...If she cant over-rule Joe on where their son should be buried, how is she going to over-rule his decisions when it comes to MJ's children??

Joe Jackson has already given an interview with one of TV stations stating that two of MJ's kids might have a career in show business. That he is starting a record label.

These kids have anly been home schooled. Never been to a real school (not that that is necessarily a bad thing).

But , how would they know that they might want a career in show business now. They don't even know what the world is all about. they have been so sheltered.

Already he is wanting to turn them into little Michaels. Good thing that Joe lives in Las Vegas and Katherine lives in LA.

I don't believe this. I honestly don't think that with all the money coming towards them that they'd fight over "profiting" on his remains. I highly doubt this. I do agree with them maybe bickering about where he should be buries, but not for monetary reasons.

DEAL----Santa Barbara and its citizens are not gonna let this happen (his burial there)/it's a snooty town, and even for the money it might bring in, it won't happen-----I know the town/there for years---------it will take so long old Joe will be gone (not a bad thing) and maybe Jermaine------now, stop copping of nypost slime and cover other stuff----

When did this law happen that he could not be buried at Neverland. Other people in CA are buried on non cementary property. ie Ronald Regan

Burials outside a cemetery must have special permission from the state, as well as the county.

Neverland is near the town of Los Olivos in Santa Barbara County. It's really pretty there. It's a rural, agricultural area with vineyards and rolling hills. Not sure if the residents really want a Graceland in their small town. I sure wouldn't.

Also, Michael Jackson apparently no longer holds the title to the ranch. When the property went into foreclosure last year, an investment firm bought the loan, and created a joint venture with Jackson.

Whatever happens, it should be interesting.

Did he not specify where he wanted to be buried? Most people that have a will also include a provision for burial/cremation.

MJ wouldn't want a traditional burial/cremation, so forget Neverland and Forest Lawn.

MJ would probably like to be cremated and have his ashes placed in a 2 liter Pepsi bottle which would then be taken aboard the next space shuttle for delivery at the International Space Station (ISS). From there the bottle could be released into space and orbit the earth and universe forever.

Yesterday I commented that none of the Jackson's got a high school diploma. That was incorrect. Jer.maine graduated from H.S. One of eleven if you count Joe and Katherine who don't seem to have graduated.

So, to give education it's due, I think Jer.maine should make the decisions for the family and they should live with the results, no matter how absurd they are and how disgraceful they make all of them look.

MJ should not be exploited in death by forcing a burial at Neverland. He spent 100 thousand dollars per month renting that mansion where he died.

If he no longer chose to live at Neverland while alive to the tune of $100K/month, then why woould he want to be buried there.

Joe Jackson just wants to make money off of his dead son which wouldn't be bad if the money went to his MJ's mother and his kids. But that will never happen with Joe running the show.
