Sun Valley Media Conference Photos: Mogulmania Day 3!

The Allen & Company retreat in Sun Valley wound down Friday, but not before we were able to catch glimpses of several moguls for the first time this year.

Familiar names like Jeff Zucker, Brad Grey, Jerry Yang, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Mike Ovitz, James Murdoch and Charlie Rose were all on display Friday, while wives like Diane von Furstenberg and Wendi Murdoch were snapped for the first time by the AP.

Most of these people have what, maybe 10 years left to live, if we're lucky? These people are not heroes, they are the source of most human suffering. Most of their kids are just waiting for them to go away. Nice legacy. Then all those riches will be in the hands of a rather undisciplined lot. That's when the trickle down theory being to take effect.

Does LeBron James have some kind of newspaper or TV show or some other media outlet by which his inclusion among others dubbed "media moguls" would be accurate? If not, you're just showing his face to capitalize on his celebrity.

Maybe he brought his laptop to show his fellow moguls the footage of a college kid posterizing him at his basketball camp last week? Almost forgot, he's such an incredibly poor sport he had that footage destroyed! Or maybe he wants some help destroying the footage of him sulking and stomping out of the gym without saying a word to anyone after his recent playoff loss? I'm just sayin.

I think Tiger Woods is MUCH closer than either of those two to becoming a billionaire. Massive world-wide appeal gives him the advantage.
