Nicholas Arroyo, a 3-year-old autistic boy, spent the day strapped to a car seat inside a minibus after the bus driver and matron left him behind, police and his parents said. Long Beach police arrested the driver, Roger Pierre, 57, of Hollis, and matron Ebony Blackwell, 26, of Brooklyn.
