It's going to take years to undo the damage done to this country, and the world, by Bush and his cronies during their reign. They deserve every bit of bashing they get. Of course, they deserve indictment and prosecution even more, but until that happens - bash away!

In sum, George W. Bush yet may prove to be the man who wrecked America. Not only did his policies destroy the nation's economy he demonstrated to those who hate America that the American dream, American ideals and American principles are lies. The world watched in dismay as Bush sabotaged America's moral leadership and brought the international economy to ruin. There can be no assurance that America has not entered its decline, as the rest of the world tries to regroup and move on with America in a diminished role. While W attended to his vision to become "the man who liberated Iraq, brought 'democracy' to Iraq and stole its oil, Asia was emerging as the new power. Much of the world now looks to China and its vast market as the hope for the future. George W. even destroyed the legacy of George H.W. Bush relegating him to be most remembered as the man who was the father of America's worst president. Sadly, I believe there is evidence Bush Junior lacks the discernment ever to comprehend the damage he caused. Whether he proves to be the man who wrecked America or not depends upon whether others are capable of cleaning up his mess, a task it appears he has left to others all his life as is seen often among, spoiled, dissolute, worthless, rich kids.

As long as Bush,Cheney and Rumsfield are not brought to justice and sentenced to life in prison they will continue to be bashed.

The reality is that the nation will only give 4 years (as they did with Carter). Obama will own the economy in 2012, for better or worse.
When Bush took office, conservatives everywhere blamed Clinton for literally everything and they still do. Oddly, they now don't seem to get that Democrats are going to apportion blame, rightfully, on Bush/Cheneys wrecking job on the economy, Iraq, the police state policies that emerged out of 9/11, and pandering to his base at the expense of the rest of the country.
