Noches De Pasion: Conando Saves Damsel In "Tonight Show" Telenovela (VIDEO)

In a stunning display of bravery Conando O'Brien rescued a damsel in distress last night from an
evil man (we know he's evil cause he's wearing a black suit) who was trying to force her into marriage. The no-goodnik threatened to kill the young woman's mother if she did not become his wife, but our hero rushed in to save the day!

You guys need to calm down. My grandfather is from Puerto Rico and loves this skit because it is true. The saying goes that you never interrupt a madre o abuela durante telenovela. If you do something bad will happen! As a liberal, it is funny to see other white liberals make such a scene about this when my community get this joke. Quit being so stuffy.

How many Latin Americans has Conan had on his show? Has he ever had a Mariachi band? A Salsa Band? Gloria Estefan? Ricky Martin? Edward James Olmos? Shakira? Carlos Santana? La Ley? Veronica Castro? I think they might fit in one hand...

How many Asians or African Americans? I think it would be interesting to see the guest numbers for these shows and the ethnicity of the guests might surprise you...No I am not asking for night shows affirmative action, I only want to see the stats...

It's a major network talk show. They don't dole out appearances on it based solely on membership in a subgroup covered by labor law. You have to be promoting some project you're involved with or running for public office or something that interests the public at large.

Conan, while still funny in my opinion, hasn't quite adjusted to the Tonight Show and the 11:30 slot yet. He was much more consistently funny when on Late Night. Eventually, he'll find his groove again. The same thing will happen to Leno when he goes to prime time.

Doubtful. The whole "Noches de Pasion" thing originated on LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN in response to NBC Universal acquiring Telemundo, while Esteban Colberto is a prop for satirizing Republican racism against Latinos.
