It's nice she can afford the deductible and co-pay without having to ask Wall Street for permission for the treatment. Oh...wait a minute, what deductible and co-pay?

It's nice that you know ALL the details of her Health Insurance plan, AND her investments AND her job ... wow, I didn't know FOX was so thorough!

Here I thought all FOX reported was assumptions and fiction!

My best wishes to Jill and Vice President Biden. My best thoughts and prayers go with them tomorrow. Many of the surgeries for the shoulder are now done through a scope.

We wish Jill Biden a speedy recovery. And no that isn't code for breast augmentation and tummy tuck.
There are many people who need shoulder surgery on the rotator cuff or other joint related problems. My husband had that surgery last year and he had a long, painful recovery. I also have many friends and coworkers who have needed that surgery. imsosure is just being rude.
Do not criticize the Bidens for not having insurance for everyone. President Obama and Vice President Biden have been working, trying to get health care for everyone. Defunctional needs to complain about the republicans and blue dog dems who have been fighting health care.

Really not much of a news story.
I will say the mean sounding comments on here are out of bounds.
Wasn't she a school teacher till now?
And for Vice Presidents, their compensation package does include health care.

Yes, a University instructor...Dr. Biden. She's a beauty, runs 5 miles a day, hardly needs breast augmentation or a tummy tuck. Joe's a blessed man. The other posters below could use a lobotomy.

She is still teaching. She is teaching new Americans English in Washington, She is quite a lady. Joe Biden is a lucky man and he says that every chance he can. Any kind of surgery is painful and I hope it is successful and she has a very speedy recovery.
