Johnston On Palin: Fame "Got To Her Head" (VIDEO)

Levi Johnston appeared on the "Today" show Monday morning to talk about, you guessed it, Sarah Palin's resignation. Bristol Palin's former fiance, who has been feuding publically with the Palins for months, said last week that Palin resigned because of concerns about money. This morning he talked about how the fame "got to her head," and also claimed she talked about doing a reality show. Johnston added that he wouldn't vote for her for president, as he's not sure she could handle the pressure.

I find these musings about Sarah Palin's intellect and future aspirations to be very interesting. If she has "little intelligence", political ability and knowledge of facts, why is she all over both liberal and conservative news outlets? She should be a non-issue, especially with people who would never vote for her if she should decide to run for national office. For someone who has such little skill, she sure has caused quite a stir. I look forward to see what she might do in the future when she is no longer a "public servant", but a private citizen and has some legal leverage to thwart the multitude of attacks that come her way. My common sense tells me that we haven't seen anything yet!

One thing that put me off is the cruelty of this woman parading her children, including the down syndrome infant before an adoring evangelical crowd during the campaign. She was shamelessly exploiting her down-syndrome child to achieve her own political ends.

It is no surprising that the whole charade has fallen apart with her discarding of her supposedly son-in-law, Levi Johnston. Remember, during the campaign she declared that her daughter Bristol and Levi will soon be married. That was nothing more than one upmanship to hoist her Christian values.

Who better knows her from close quarters than Levi. But then he is now painted as sour grapes. All the same, the truth remains that Sarah dumped Levi just as she betrayed the trust of her "beloved" Alaskan people to pursue her own fame and fortune. No amount of spin is going to succeed in hiding this truth.

I believe Levi is the one seeking out the interviews and trying to make a buck. I am so sick of the complaints of the media when it comes to the Palins. Were it not for the media, we would have forgotten about her around Nov. 5. SHE wants to stay front and center and out there so she can make a ton of money. Apparently, no one thinks of Fox News as media because they won't shut up about their beloved Palin and I haven't heard her complaining about them. The kid is not at fault here. McCain and Palin put him in the spotlight. They could have left him in Wasilla. They were never going to get married. She is getting what she deserves. This is all so yummy; though the f e ar and hysterical l o athing of Palin has subsided. The train wreck is not so much fun anymore.....just finished watching The Daily Show...I lied...it's still fun.
