Just weeks after splitting from his wife of 10 years, Jon Gosselin is back in the spotlight with a new career and a new girlfriend. Gosselin, 32, turned up in St. Tropez hand-in-hand with Hailey Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate's tummy tuck in 2006. The lovebirds spent the weekend along the French Riviera so Gosselin could finalize a deal to design his own line of children's clothing with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier. Glassman will also have a hand in creating the kid-friendly fashions. "She'll have a lot of input with Christian," Gosselin told PEOPLE of Hailey's involvement. "And I will, too."

this site is pretty stupid. They make it seem like wanting to legalize marijuana is akin to child molestation, that no responsible parents can be for legalization, and that parents shouldn't let their children around people who want marijuana legalized.

I am a middle class woman who works a full time job at a non profit and volunteers with five different organizations. I know many many other people of people like me who are equally successful, responsible, and moral people, and who want marijuna legalized.

And guess what, we ARE around your kids every day. We are their teachers, their pediatricians, their girl scout leaders, their tutors, their sports coaches. And we function perfectly well in these positions. Pot smokers and those in favor of legalization are EVERYWHERE, and we're not a threat to children. That's ridiculous.

Now this girl certainly doesn't seem like one to be admired, but that this site seems to have such a ridiculous view of those who are pro marijuana legalization makes me have even less regard for whoever runs than I do for this girl.

I remember when the story first broke and everyone was dumping on Kate, I thought John was a weak man who wanted to just play with his kids but not do the heavy lifting. He tried to blame Kate for not letting him be a man. Newsflash A real man does not get permission before he acts like a man. I knew that John would show himself for what he was I just did not know it would be this soon They are separated , not divorced. I am not saying that his wife has no fault in this.But can you imagine how scary it is to have 8 kids , a husband that acts like the 9th child and trying to figure out how to provide for this brood. And to all of you who blame Kate for wanting more kids, it takes two to tango. If John did not want anymore kids he had control over that. I remember when I wanted a 3rd child and my now ex did not think it was a good idea. Guess what we still only have 2 kids.
